Our Services
Mortgage Lending /Employee Relocation
As the residential real estate market changes , the mortgage lending & employee relocation industries are demanding higher quality & reliable appraisals to keep up with these changing markets. We provide a level of analysis, and utilize industry accepted processes and procedures in support of our value conclusions. Regulations and rules are constantly changing and it's our goal to successfully adapt and address these ongoing changes.
Measuring Services
We use the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) square footage method for calculating Finished Above Grade Areas based on ANSI 27652021 which is based on exterior measurements in the calculation of gross living area (GLA). This is now a GSE requirement for detached residential properties (condominium properties are based on interior measurements for GLA).
Private Appraisals
We help homeowners, private parties, financial planners, CPA’s, and attorneys determine an accurate scope of work for their valuation requirements. We offers appraisal products for estate planning, date of death, tax planning, marriage dissolution, and more.
